PARISH COUNCIL: Chairperson: Anne Sturgis (859) 801-9569 
Meetings: Quarterly. Membership: Elected by parishioners. Purpose: The Parish Council not only assists the Pastor with administrative and policy-making procedures, but also assesses parish needs and helps implement programs to better meet those needs. It serves as a channel of communication between laity, clergy, and the total parish community. There are nine elected members. Three members are elected each year for a three-year term.

FINANCE COUNCIL: Chairperson: Jerry Cook (859) 283-5047
Meetings: Monthly. Membership: Appointed by the Pastor. Purpose: Members of this council give financial advice to the Pastor. They meet regularly to prepare and review the parish's budget. The Council reports, as needed, the financial situation of the parish especially in providing an "end of year" report. Members must have experience in accounting and/or finance.

BOARD OF TOTAL CATHOLIC EDUCATION (B.O.T.C.E.): Chairperson: Tony VonderHaar (859) 647-7925
Meetings: Quarterly. Membership: Elected by parishioners. Purpose: The Board of Total Catholic Education (B.O.T.C.E.) is an advisory body of the Parish that supervises educational programs at Mary, Queen of Heaven Parish, subject to such regulations that proceed from the Diocesan Board of Education. The Board shall be responsible for the total Catholic education of the Parish and is responsible for developing policies towards this purpose that comply with the spirit and intent of the policies of the Diocesan Board of Education. There are seven elected members. Two or three members are elected each year for a three-year term.

STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL: Chairperson: Dan Moser (859) 341-8732
Meetings: Quarterly. Membership: Appointed by the Pastor. Purpose: The Stewardship Council seeks to promote the philosophy that, as Christian stewards, we receive God's gifts gratefully, cultivate them responsibly, share them in love and justice with others, and return them with increase to the Lord. The Stewardship Council also consists of three sub-committees, the Offertory Committee, the DPAA Committee and the Development Committee.
