MARY, QUEEN OF HEAVEN PARISH
Parish Facility Use June 2003 Mary, Queen of Heaven facilities will be available for use by listed groups in the following priority order:
Facility users in priority categories 1 and 2 above may schedule facilities as much as a year in advance. Events and activities which occur annually or are known well in advance should be put on the parish calendar and facilities scheduled as early as possible. These organizations should schedule facilities for all known annual activities for the coming year no later than June 30th of each year. They should then review their facility needs in December of each year and update the parish calendar no later than December 31st. Facility users in categories 3 may reserve facilities as much as 6 months in advance and Priority 4 users may do so as much as 3 months in advance. Once a facility has been reserved, higher priority users may not unseat lower priority users without the specific approval of the pastor. The pastor will make the final decision on which organizations and/or individuals will be permitted use of Mary, Queen of Heaven parish facilities. Facilities must be reserved by calling the Mary, Queen of Heaven parish office at 859-525-6909 or via email at Priority 3 and 4 users will be charged a use/rental fee. The pastor, with assistance from the Finance Council, will determine rental fees. A deposit of half of all rental fees will be paid at the signing of the contract. The remaining portion of the fee will be paid two weeks before the scheduled use. An individual, who is at least twenty-one years of age, must accept responsibility on behalf of the using group for the facility used. This person must sign and adhere to the Mary, Queen of Heaven facilities use contract and ensure that his/her group abides by its conditions. Mary, Queen of Heaven Parish and the Diocese of Covington are not responsible for any personal injury or loss arising out of any event at/on Mary, Queen of Heaven facilities. |
